A new school year

Here are a couple of pictures from school: my new 2nd grade class and a picture of our bulletin board in the hallway where the students wrote their goals.

Jess came to visit

Jess and I had so much fun this weekend... we went to Winter Park for a fun craft fair, and wound up going on the longest Alpine Slide in Colorado. So fun! To top it all off, we caught the most amazing field of sunflowers and a gorgeous rainbow!

Anniversary dinner

We went to a yummy place called North to celebrate our 4th anniversary... time flies! The food was fantastic, and we spent some time watching our wedding video and looking at our photo album and scrapbook!

Feed the giraffes!

The giraffes at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are awesome. The have long, black, sandpaper tongues and they just love to be fed giraffe crackers. This one might like Mom's hair better than the cracker....?

Coors Factory

After living in Colorado for over 3 years, we still hadn't been to the Coors Factory. My parents were visiting, and it was time. The day was fun, and everyone especially loved the samples at the end of the tour. Afterward, we went for a yummy dinner in Golden.

Birthday celebration

When I got back from NY, my sweet friends gave me a little girls night birthday celebration, complete with champagne and ice cream! It was delicious and tons of fun, especially the yummy cookies that Jill made!
