Random Updates

Here is a slideshow with a few shots of Jonah from our last visit with Grandma Alice and Grandpa Bruce a few weeks ago. We went to a pretty random place called "Funtastic Fun" and it was probably in its prime about 15 years ago. We also had a little get-together with the Baron clan in the party room. The video is of Jonah's first word "hell-00000?" which he says when holding a phone, ipod, remote control, or food items(!) and fun with Gus. Since I took those videos a few weeks ago, Jonah has been saying a few more words. He loves saying the words dog, daddy, Jackie (the name of the woman who watches him while I'm working,) bye, moo, and night-night. "Mommy" makes an appearance very infrequently. Sad! He often imitates something random that we say. So exciting! Jonah has also been way more into reading books FINALLY and he points to the objects in the pictures. He knows the parts of his body and LOVES to put things away. We have been going to a weekly music class that he is starting to like a lot more... and he is trying (mostly unsuccessfully) to get Gus to like him! More to come soon.
